Beautiful Frock

This dress is simply gorgeous! I will say, if you're bustier, like me, be careful. If I wear the straps up, I'll need to tie it tight in the back in order to keep my ladies tastefully hidden. If I opt to wear it off my shoulders, I may end up flashing folks unless I use tape. With that said, don't let these deter you from getting this dress. The textile is very nice- thick yet breathable. I ironed the dress and steamed the ruffles to get them to their fullest and it's just stunning!!
